Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm eligibility.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened condition and securely packed to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the RMA number clearly to the exterior of the package and ship the items to our designated returns warehouse using a tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technical team will inspect the goods for quality compliance, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
